When you visit LatitudeU by clicking on a link in LinkedIn, there is a LinkedIn navigation bar at the top of the page. This navigation bar prevents some LatitudeU scripts from working correctly. Please close this navigation bar by clicking on the X to the right. Once closed, you will be able to launch courses.

The most common cause for this is the local Java Runtime
Environment. Please download and install the same from the link below and
try launching the course again in a new browser
window.

face problems after the installation, please contact us at support@latitudeu.com. Please provide your browser name

Please make sure you are typing in the entire password that was
emailed to you including any characters like @ or !. Please exclude the double
quotes at the beginning and end. Also, please note that passwords are case
sensitive. For example if the new password emailed to you is "AFnWC", you
will need to type AFnWc as your password.
