Latitude Delivers Dealer Scorecard for DaimlerChrysler Mexico

Web-Based Dealer Scorecard Joins Chrysler Group U.S. and DaimlerChrysler Canada Implementations

SALINE, Mich., January 2, 2007 – Latitude Consulting Group is helping the Chrysler Group score all of its dealerships throughout North America with the development of a dealer scorecard to DaimlerChrysler Mexico. This version of the Web-based scorecard completes the tool’s North American implementation, joining scorecards already established for Chrysler Group U.S. and DaimlerChrysler Canadian dealerships.

The latest version of the scorecard covers all DaimlerChrysler brands sold in Mexico: Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge and Mercedes Benz as well as the sales outlets for vehicles of Mitsubishi Motors, which are exclusively sold in Mexico through a DaimlerChrysler dealer network. The tool provides dealership senior management and DaimlerChrysler Mexico corporate staff and field personnel with a graded report for performance measurements along thirty metrics spanning all business activity, from sales and marketing to vehicle finance and repair. The Mexican scorecard is also localized to display Web pages in English or Spanish, according to browser settings.

Reported for all active dealers, typical performance measures include a total score and scores for sales, customer satisfaction, and other select metrics. Some metrics carry more weight and score against established performance targets for differently sized dealers. The scorecard ranks dealers in their group or against all dealers geographically.

The scorecard’s data management and reporting flexibility presents a wide range of information to different audiences according to their needs. It helps dealers in Mexico understand the reasons for a score, enabling them to make well-informed decisions that optimize their operations.
