• Business Analyst uncovers root causes of problems in terms of client’s business objectives and processes. Identifies customer business requirements and creates high level technical requirements, risks, and use and test cases.
• Client Manager tracks clients' organization, maintains customer contact information, and develops personal relationships with key staff within the client's organization. Ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of all projects within the specified client.

• Project Manager Responsible for delivery and financial performance of project, including recruiting, training, and retaining and maintaining resources. Corectly estimates the amount of calendar time and work hours needed for team to complete tasks and deliverables, especially for large, complex efforts.
• Technical Consultant understands software development methodologies and has experience in the design, implementation, and operation of web-based applications. Familiar with key technologies such as J2EE, .NET, WebSphere, SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2.
