Prior to founding Latitude, Jeff worked for Commerce One, AppNet, and AMS, growing consulting, software, and business process outsourcing practices. Jeff holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in computer science from Binghamton University.

David is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, where he received a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
